1. Introduction and Acceptance

3.4 Single Account Requirement

You are permitted to hold only one Account with subu88. Creating multiple Accounts, using false identities, or allowing others to use your Account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. subu88 reserves the right to close duplicate Accounts and void all associated bets without refund.

4. Account Registration and Verification

4.1 Registration Process

To use the Service, you must create an Account by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (Indonesian Rupiah). You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to ensure it remains accurate at all times.

During registration, you will create login credentials consisting of a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your Account. You agree to notify subu88 immediately of any unauthorized use of your Account or any other breach of security.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

subu88 is required under anti-money laundering regulations and licensing conditions to verify the identity of all Players. You may be required to provide identity documentation including but not limited to:

• Indonesian Identity Card (KTP) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last 3 months
• Bank account verification documents
• Source of funds documentation for large deposits or withdrawals

You agree to provide these documents promptly upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, gameplay, or withdrawals, and may lead to Account suspension. subu88 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time, particularly for large transactions or suspicious activity patterns.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for all actions taken through your Account. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must change your password immediately and notify our customer support team. subu88 is not liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized use of your Account if you failed to maintain adequate security precautions.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

You may fund your Account using the payment methods available on the Platform, including Indonesian bank transfers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply as stated on the deposit page. All deposits must originate from a bank account or payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Deposits are typically processed instantly during banking hours. Off-peak and weekend deposits may take up to 24 hours. subu88 does not charge deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own charges. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC complete)
• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000
• All bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before withdrawing bonus-related funds
• Withdrawals must be made to a bank account registered in your own name
• You must have made at least one deposit from the withdrawal destination account (anti-money laundering requirement)

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and typically range from 15 minutes to 3 hours during banking hours. Weekend and holiday withdrawals are processed on the next business day. subu88 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals or if fraud is suspected.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

subu88 maintains strict anti-money laundering (AML) policies in compliance with international regulations. We reserve the right to refuse or delay withdrawals if we suspect money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity. You may be required to wager deposited funds at least once before withdrawal. Suspicious transactions will be reported to relevant authorities.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Terms

subu88 may offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, expiration periods, and other restrictions. These specific terms are provided at the time of bonus activation and take precedence over these general Terms in case of conflict.

Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit bonuses is 15 times the bonus amount. Different game types contribute differently toward wagering requirements: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino contributes 10%, and sports betting contributions vary by odds. You must satisfy all wagering requirements before withdrawing bonus-related funds.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, coordinated play with other users to guarantee profits, betting patterns designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, and any other strategy intended to exploit bonus terms. subu88 reserves the right to void bonuses, confiscate winnings, and close Accounts engaged in bonus abuse.

6.3 Promotional Changes

subu88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Active bonuses may be removed or adjusted if terms are found to be ambiguous or contain errors. Promotional offers are discretionary and may not be combined unless explicitly stated.

7. Betting and Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your bets before placement. subu88 is not liable for user errors in bet selection, stake amount, or game choice. Bets placed on games with obvious errors (incorrect odds, pricing mistakes, technical glitches) may be voided at our discretion.

The maximum payout for any single bet is Rp 500,000,000 unless otherwise stated in specific game rules. Maximum bet limits apply to certain games and promotions. Exceeding maximum bet limits while using bonus funds may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

7.2 Sports Betting

7.3 Casino Games and RTP

All casino games operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. RTP percentages are provided by game suppliers and represent theoretical long-term returns. Actual returns in any individual session may vary significantly. subu88 does not manipulate game outcomes or RTPs.

7.4 Lottery Games (Togel)

Togel draws (Singapore, Hong Kong, Sydney, Macau) are settled based on official results published by the respective lottery authorities. subu88 is not responsible for errors in official results but will correct settlements if errors are later confirmed by the lottery authority. Bets placed after the official draw cut-off time will be rejected.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute material breaches of these Terms:

• Creating multiple Accounts or using false identities
• Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to disguise your location
• Colluding with other Players or engaging in coordinated betting
• Using automated bots, scripts, or other software to place bets
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative betting patterns
• Money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or other criminal conduct
• Depositing funds from stolen credit cards, hacked accounts, or other illegitimate sources
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing subu88 staff or other Players
• Sharing, selling, or trading Accounts
• Reverse-engineering or attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, legal action, and reporting to relevant authorities. subu88 reserves the right to investigate suspicious activity and to cooperate with law enforcement agencies.

9. Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 Player-Initiated Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, you must withdraw all available funds. Accounts with pending bonuses or wagering requirements may be subject to bonus forfeiture upon voluntary closure. 9.2 subu88-Initiated Suspension

subu88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or if required by law or regulation. Suspended Accounts may have gameplay, deposits, or withdrawals restricted pending investigation.

9.3 Consequences of Closure

Upon Account closure, all active bonuses and promotional credits are forfeited. If closure is due to Terms violation, subu88 may withhold any remaining Balance as compensation for damages. If closure is voluntary or at subu88's discretion without cause, your remaining Balance will be returned following successful identity verification.

10. Limitations of Liability and Disclaimers

10.1 Service Availability

subu88 strives to maintain 99.9% platform uptime but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. subu88 is not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions, provided reasonable efforts were made to restore service.

10.2 No Warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. subu88 does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use the Service at your own risk.

10.3 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by law, subu88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount of funds in your Account Balance at the time of the claim.

10.4 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless subu88, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your use of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1 Customer Complaints

11.2 Governing Law

11.3 Arbitration

For disputes that cannot be resolved through customer support, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration administered by an independent arbitrator appointed by the Curacao Gaming Control Board.
